1. Place an order
Once you complete your order, we will process the order confirmation immediately. You will receive an order confirmation email and your order has been successfully submitted.

2. Confirm order
Order confirmation time: 1-2 working days

During the order confirmation stage, our team will carefully review your order information to ensure accuracy. If there is any information that needs to be verified, our customer service team will contact you promptly.

3. Shipping processing
After confirming the order, we will process the shipment within 3-5 working days. Before shipping, you will receive a shipping notification with order tracking information so you can always know the status of your order.

4. Transport stage

Standard Shipping: Shipping charges are automatically calculated based on order weight and destination.
Free Shipping: We will cover the entire cost of free shipping. (Free shipping for orders over $50)

5. What does product backorder mean?
Backordered items are items that are temporarily out of stock and are expected to be replenished soon. When you order an item on backorder, you essentially reserve it in the size and color you want.

When ordering, you should be able to see the estimated ship date for your item on the product page and during checkout. After placing your order, you will receive an estimated shipping date via email. If these dates change, we will keep you updated.

5.1 When will my goods be shipped?
If the item you ordered is temporarily out of stock (backordered), you will see an estimated ship date on the product page and in your shopping bag. If this date changes, we will keep you updated.

5.2 Do I need to pay additional shipping charges for backordered items?
unnecessary. Even if some items are shipped individually, you will not pay any additional fees for shipping or backorders.

5.3 Can I change my mind and cancel my backordered item?
Yes. If you no longer want to wait for a backordered item, we can help you remove it from your order. Please contact us via this form and one of our customer service specialists will contact you shortly.

6. Why are the items in my order shipped in different packages?
Normally, we will try to ship all of your items together. Nonetheless, we may choose to split your order to ensure you receive it faster. If this occurs, you will receive an individual tracking number for each package. Don’t worry – even if we send multiple packages, we won’t charge you more for shipping than you see at checkout
